Welcome to Liswave! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Liswave’s mobile application, website, and social music companion services (collectively, the “Services”).
By creating an account or using Liswave, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you are not permitted to use our services.
1. Account Registration & Security
To use Liswave, you must represent that you are at least 13 years of age. You agree to provide accurate, complete registration details, and are solely responsible for protecting your account keys and password. You must notify our support crew immediately of any unauthorized access or breach of security.
2. Acceptable Use & Conduct Rules
Liswave is a respectful, musical community. You agree NOT to use the services to:
- Harass, stalk, abuse, insult, or threaten other members or communities.
- Share explicit, offensive, hate-speech, or defamatory comments or cover artwork.
- Impersonate any musical artist, public figure, or other community user.
- Deploy bots, automated scrapers, or scripts to copy user list statistics or data.
3. Music Service Connection Disclaimer
Liswave acts strictly as a social layer and companion application over your active streaming platforms.
- Liswave does NOT provide audio file streaming or subscription playback services directly.
- To use the features, you must have an active, independent account on supported platforms (e.g., Apple Music, YouTube Music).
- We are not responsible for any modifications, service disruptions, or API billing policies enacted by Apple Inc. or Google LLC.
4. User Generated Content
You retain all copyright ownership over the reviews, playlist comments, and shared cards you publish on Liswave. However, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute this content across our social circles to power the core feed features.
5. Account Suspension & Removal
We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or terminate accounts that breach our acceptable use rules, violate copyright protocols, or exhibit toxic community behavior.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. Liswave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from connection outages, API changes, or account suspensions.
